Open Prison Escaped Again

Again More inmates have escaped from a open prison. Anthony Peloe and John Arnold bring the number of absconders to six in the last three weeks. Anthony Peloe 43 and John Arnold 30 lelt "Thorn Cross" open jail in Warrington.
They were serving in determinate sentences Peloe for having guns with intent to harm and Arnold for Robbery, It's got so bad in the UK that Justice Secretary Chris Grayling  had to act and said yesterday to suspend all temporary release or transfers to an open prison for inmates with any history of fleeing and it's about time. They have been to slow to do anything about this.

Two More Escaped Inmates

Its happened again two weeks after Michael Weatley escaped by walking out of a open prison. Arnold Pickering has walked out of H. M.P. Kennet Liverpool on Saturday, he was on day release and for the third time he has escaped.

Pickering was jailed for life for the 1990 stabbing of a disabled man. Also escaped at the same time was Thomas Moffett 51 a armed robber who was jailed after threatening shop keepers with a nail gun in 2006.

Pickering escaped before in March 1991 when he fled custody while awaiting trail and was recaptured after six hours. Also in 2009 he was on the run for four days before handing himself in.

Why was Pickering let out on day release when it was known that he had history of not coming back, this man was also convicted of murder? that's  not shoplifting. These pen pushers in the prison service should be sacked. They don't have a clue about the job they are working on. I am so lost for words by all this. How bad can all this get, well we will have to wait and see.

Altiplano Prison in Mexico is a Federal Prison that houses a lot of the big drug players like La Barbie and Jose Jorge Balderas, above you can see a typical cell that the men are in. Also here is a Saturday menu that shows the kind of food that these bad boys are getting on a day to day basis.

I want to talk about open Prisons and what job they should be. Yes I can understand that you need a half way house between a closed prison and the free world. But why as we have seen put a violent inmate in a open prison setting. People working at the prison should be looking at the inmates make up, also his past history and the sentence that the inmate was given at the start.
At the open prison why let the inmate go out on his own?. Why not have a guard with him at all times, yes more wages but you don't have a inmate on the run too. It does need to be looked at, as in the news over the last two weeks a inmate has been on the loose and  looks like he may have taken part in a armed robbery  while he was on the run.

More Jose Jorge Balderas News

Well here I am posting three Photos of Balderas being moved on to a Federal Prison. I think he was housed in a local jail in Mexico, his head has been shaved.
Later on I will also post a video of the move, I also have an alternative video of the same move too. Which shows a film of Balderas having his Mug Shot taken. From the photos seen here, it looks like Balderas has put on some wait. Maybe it was all that jail house food. So more to come from bad boy Balderas. 

More Wheatley News

After being rearrested for being on the run from walking out of an open prison Michael Wheatley is seen here being taken to court to face charges of escape and also taking part in an armed robbery on the day of his rearrest.
If he did take part in this armed robbery then it must have been planed for a while?. This shows     that NO WAY Michael Wheatley should have been placed in an open prison. To remind you all.

I would think that Wheatley will be housed in a London prison while all this goes through the courts. He will next be in court at the end of May.

Michael Wheatley Escaped Inmate.

In the last few days Open Prisons have been in the news again. This time "Standford Hill" open prison on the Isle of Sheppey Kent. Last Saturday Michael Wheatley an inmate at the prison walked out and did not return to the prison after being let out on day release.
Now Michael Wheatley is a real bad boy and was serving 13 life sentences for Armed Robbery.
He was given 13 life sentences in 2002 and was recommended for a transfer to the open prison last august.
How was this man in an open prison with the back ground that he had. Its madness.
Wheatley was rearrested on Wednesday and sent back to prison, But he could have taken part in an armed robbery early that same day.
So it was something that he was planing for some time, he has been charged with escaping and also will be questioned over the armed robbery. What a mess this has turned out to be.
Michael Wheatley has gone on the run in the past, so it looks like they don't learn at all. We will have to see how this all plays out.

The nick name of the "skull Crusher was used for Wheatley when in the middle of his robberies he would hit anyone over the head men, women and the old age, a very nice man you would say?
