More news from the inmate face book saga. It looks like its happening in every  country in the world. UK, USA, Australia and Brazil, some of the biggest prison users  in the world and the inmates are all at it. Their are only three ways that an inmate that is locked up in prison can get a mobile phone.

(one) The phone is sent over the prison wall for the inmate to get later on.

(Two) A prison guard brings in a phone for the inmate. )

(Thee) A visitor gives a phone to the inmate in the visiting room.

If its a guard, that is a real worry. How can you do a good  job as a guard if you are in the pocked of the inmate and every day it still goes on. How do you stop it?.
