About Le Trou 1960

"1947 A young man Gaspard Claude (Marc Michel) is convicted for the attempted murder of his wife. although he is innocent of the crime. He is sent to the notorious Sante Prison in Paris and is placed in a cell with four hardened criminals. The latter have decided to escape from the prison by digging their way out of their cell. Reluctantly, they take Gaspard into their confidence and labour intensely to effect their escape. Then, just when escape appears certain Gaspard is called away to see the prison governor..." This is a French Film from 1960. It was the last film from the French director Jacques Becker before he died. Here are a few art stills taken for the film and also one of the many DVD covers. County Inmates Day In Court

County Inmates Day in Court.

The day will start at 6.00am were all the inmates for court that day will have breakfast. Then they are striped searched and placed in cuffs and shackles. Then they will be bused to the court. To the cells below the court. Where they will stay until there name is called to go before the judge. After they have seen the judge they will be taken back down to the lower cells for the rest of the day.

At the court they will have sandwiches at lunch time and the inmates that have been to court in the morning will have a long day in those cells, were they will be moved back to jail by the bus at 5.00pm, where they will go through a strip search again, the cuffs and shackles will be removed and they   will go to have dinner.

At the court, out of the cells all inmates will be cuffed and shackled at all times. The cells below the courts are large bull pens that can hold up to 40 inmates at any time. They have toilets in the corner of the room and a water fountain as well.

La Barbie's transfer.

I have been looking for this film of "La Barbie" Edgar Valdez Villarreal being taken to Federal Prison for a long time. I think thats where they are taking him. Can anyone confirm this to be true?. I have cut it down here, I do have a longer edit. He is wearing his Ralph Lauren Blue polo shirt here. As you all know he was arrested in a Green polo shirt. It looks like he was taken from the police station to the waiting helicopter and then on to the Federal Prison.

More inmates have been walking out of open prisons Robber Damien Burns 39 and thief Dean Jackson 27 were arrested yesterday after fleeing a prison in Doncaster South York's on Monday.
As with the news that the Justice Secretary has suspend all transfers to open prisons for inmates that have any history fleeing, This is a start to look at the records of the inmates that were dew to go to open prison and check what their history and their prison backgrounds are like before they are put forward for a place in an open prison setting.

Orange cute's This is what I love about the USA, is that you can see all the different county jail mug shots from all over the states. As I live in the UK all we have are the city prisons you don't get to see the mug shots only when they are sentenced and it is a real big case.

I always have loved the police mug shot. Here are four from around the states. What I would like to know is. Do they take these guys photos before or after the strip search?. I have always wanted to know that.
