The Bounty Hunter.

The role of the bounty hunter seems to be an American invention. As you don't get bounty hunters in other parts of the world. It's the history of America and the Westerns The bounty hunter was born out of the need to track the outlaw over the vast plan's of America and bring the bad men to justice.

It seems the bounty hunter has a role to play still. Now they work for the different County courts. Not appearing for a court date the bounty agency then can call on their bounty hunters to go and do their job and find their man. Each state has its own bounty hunters, but they can all work interstate and it has become big work for  different agency's.

Also their has been a lot of TV shows about bounty hunting and the life of a bounty hunter that keeps on getting  big viewing figures.

Welshboy's Rant 4

With so many walk aways, what are they getting the inmates doing every day? If they were getting down to hard graft every day they would not have the time to plan a walk away. I think they should be doing hard labor work. So they will get a feel for work, when they are  released. Lets face it the only job an ex con will be able to get will be a manual job. So being able to do that in an open prison setting would be a good thing and also you are getting  the  inmates labor for free.
This also makes shore they do not walk away, they will be fitted with an ID band.
I think things have got so soft now for inmates in the UK, we have become a real joke, as inmates are getting away with so much. I would say they are laughing at us. I just hope the Government will wake up and do something about this and these open prisons and get them back on track.

A Look Back To La Barbie's Arrest's

As La Barbie still sits in Altipano Prison I want to go back a little here. I have three different photo's of Edgar leading up to his last arrest on 31 August 2010.
First of all this mug shot. ( I wish I had a better shot of this one. Can anyone help with this?.) Well this looks like his first arrest and mug shot.
This next mug shot  I don't know where of when it was taken, but from his look it could be from the mid 200's
Lastly this photo is taken just before he is put on show for the press. He is taken from a car and made to sit and then the photo is taken, from their he is put on show for the press, and also gives an interview.
La Barbie is sitting in a prison cell not knowing if he will have to do time in Mexico or the USA. Which would be the best? From other blogs it looks like he is having the best food and wearing the best clothing in the Altiplano Prison. If he is moved to the USA then he would  leave all that behind. So the wait goes on for him and us.  

More open prison news

Even more bad news for the open prisons in the UK. An inmate at an open prison was the head of a drugs ring. He was in a open prison and driving about in a prison van around South Wales he and other men were part of a gang that have been flooding drugs into South Wales, only as part of a drugs sting were the men arrested and have now been sentenced they are

How did this inmate get to go out on his own in a van? The more I know about open Prison's the less I like. They don't have a clue about what is going on at all their prisons.
