Alcatraz

Alcatraz was a Fedeal Prison open from 1934-63, and each day was just like the day before, only differing  on weekends here is the Daily Life of inmates through the week.

Week Days.

6.30  wake up call


6.50  Count


6.55  Line up for march to dinning hall


7.00  Breakfast

7.30  Proceed to work Assigments

9.30  Eight minunts rest period

11.15  Morning work peried ends, followd by counts

11.30  Dinner

12.30  Proceed to work assigments

2.50  Eight minunts rest period

4.10 Afternoon work period ends

4.20  count

4.25 Supper

4.50 Return to cell

After 4.50 the inmates are locked in their cells untill the next day.
