Four To A Cell UK

In the UK all prisons are full, I know that they are building a new prison in Wales. But it looks like as of now,that inmates are up to three of four to a cell in the old style prisons. In the UK we don't have any Jails. But I would like to see them here in the UK. It would be good, as then the guys that have not gone on trial can be housed their and not in prisons with the men that have been to court and have had their sentence. But I don't think the Goverment has the money for all the jails that would be needed.
