Beau Wiles is an inmate that has escaped from a minimum security section of Goulburn Correctional Center, in New South Wales Australia, This is old news from late last year, so in a matter of a few days he was back behind bars again.
As in the past this inmate has been able to use a mobile phone wile in prison, as seen by the two Facebook photos that I have also posted.
