Inmate in court

It has been while since I have posted anything and I am sorry about that. I have not been well and have been in and out of hospital. It will be well into May before I post anything again, so here are two photos of an inmate that is in prison doing a long tearm, but is in court on a different charge, ENJOY.

Film review

One of the most far reaching of all social protest films. "I am a fugitive from a chain gang" 1932 shattered audiences with its harrowing depiction of the brutalities perpetrated  by the guards attached to the prison chain gang. It stared Paul Muni as James Allen an out of work war veteran who is framed in a lunch wagon holdup and finds himself serving a prison sentence in Georgia chain gang for a crime he did not commit. He escapes,makes his way to Chicago, gets a job with a construction firm and marries. But he is betrayed by his wife, and returns to prison on the understanding that he will be paroled in ninety days.  His parole is refused and he escapes once again, this time as a desperate broken man, destined to spend the rest of his life as a fugitive.

Ok here we are at a prison film time. This time we go to 1932 for a top film " I am a fugitive from a chain gang. First I will post a few posters for the film.

Four To A Cell UK

In the UK all prisons are full, I know that they are building a new prison in Wales. But it looks like as of now,that inmates are up to three of four to a cell in the old style prisons. In the UK we don't have any Jails. But I would like to see them here in the UK. It would be good, as then the guys that have not gone on trial can be housed their and not in prisons with the men that have been to court and have had their sentence. But I don't think the Goverment has the money for all the jails that would be needed.

Eye Candy inmate ( The escapee)

County jail inmate Everett Robinson is a real cutie. Well this bad boy was on his way back to county jail when he escaped loosing his orange jail clothes, but still cuffed on one hand, only dressing in his boxers when rearrested. This is what dreams are made of.
