Inmates with cell phones.

Here are two Oklahoma State inmates who have posted photos on Face book from cell phones that they have smuggled into the prison. This should not be happening. These photo's show the inmates in their cells, so how could this happen with all the tight security that they say they have in the state prison system?.
(1) The guard has got the phone to the inmate for a price or information?.

(2) A family member or friend has smuggled the phone into the visiting room?.

(3) The phone is throne over the fence of the prison for the inmate to pick up at a later date?.

(4) The inmate buys the phone on the black market in the prison?.

That is four ways I can think of, that an inmate could get hold of a phone. But I am shore their are many more ways it could happen.
The inmate is charged and given hole time and that is it, and then he goes and gets a new phone, so it's an on going Battle that goes on every day.
I think their should be daily cheques  of all pods and cells, just to keep the heat on the inmates to let them know to always watch their backs and the guards are always going to be on their tails.
